I did not even have to locate any item(s)- the sales associate procured them for me- the original bracelet did not fit; but returning& exchanging the item for the proper size was simple& done quickly.

I did not have to wait in a long line. Finding the item i wanted was quick and easy. The survey was fast and satisfying.

Every time I enter I am kindly greeted associate always take the time to help as needed and really 😊😊 really hear what has to be said at all times and also to make the extra steps to put the items together and see how I would like them together

Every time I go into the store the employees are so nice and very helpful and I just love Pandora items doesn’t matter what it is I just love it

The service was excellent the staff did their best to protect you in this situation but the waiting in line outside the store was my least favorite
