The store was very clean. The sales associate was very nice and greeted me upon me waking into the store. Offered me something else for my return that was in my price range

The associates where kind and friendly. Showed me a few things I needed for my purchase.

I was returning a gift I received for Christmas that was a FINAL sale item & the manager took it back for me anyways so that I could get something else. She was aware I was upset considering it was a gift. Wanted to acknowledge she went above & beyond in customer service . I ended up getting something else & spending more. It was a happy shopping experience for me.

I went into the store looking to size my daughters wrist. The sales associate was extremely helpful showing me the various bracelet styles. Her patience throughout was great, as we did try several styles with and without beads to assure that it would fit properly.
