The reps ( Tania P. & Ulises) in this Brea site was extremely friendly and excellent service. They were helpful to my concerns and problems of my merchandises. I felt very welcomed and a valuable customer compared to the Arcadia site.

I applied for the Pandora card and had a bit of difficulty. Yesenia was absolutely patient and kind and helped me all the way thru with this process.

Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped by ulises. He was super patient with me as I looked at all the charm options even when I was indecisive he allowed me to look at charms until I felt confident on my choices

The sales associate was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. There were other customers in the area of the rings and she brought the tray to me to another station. I was very happy with my purchase.
