Ashely B, no 219878 was a tremendous help. I had several questions, tried on several options on my 3 bracelets I brought into the store and she didn't miss a beat. She was patient and a pleasure to do business with.

There was a very friendly staff. Merchandise was displayed very nice. The store was very clean.

Ido id the item I was looking for, although it wasn’t a lot of selection on this specific item, the one I purchased is charming and nice, and it looks great on my finger, so I will say that my only complaint it was variety and colors!!!!

I came in with my bracelets looking tarnished Ashley and Amanda took the time to clean my charms and bracelets back to a beautiful piece again. They took such great care of my treasured bracelets.

I have been in many Pandora stores in the US and at home in the UK. This one was excellent and the sales assistant was too. Our only complaint was that some items we hoped for were out of stock - reasonable this close to Christmas.

The store had a good selection of charms. The person who helped me also made great recommendation on certain charms. I ended up buy two charms.
