I had previously ordered online but the item was too big. I exchanged at the store in Brea. Great service & overall above & beyond satisfactory!

I was highly satisfied with the pandora experience, because Sandra was super sweet and helpful with trying to find all the items I wanted to purchase. The store was clean, merchandise was organized very well. Also, other staff members were very kind and helpful in the whole process as well. I would recommend going to a pandora store to my friends since the service is amazing.

The staff were friendly and offered suggestions on certain pieces. Our sale associate placed the pieces I had chosen and made them look so beautiful. She offered to show me other pieces from hobbies I liked or characters that I liked that they carried in store.

The space was very clean and spaced

I had seen online all the beautiful rings and when i went in person they were even more beautiful to see them and actually be able to try them on. Ashley L. really helped me with all my concerns and questions i had during my visit. I went in to just see and look around. Thinking i can get my wish list started for my birthday this month :) and I ended up walking out with a ring a early birthday present for myself haha.

The people in there working are really nice. All the jewelry is so beautiful. The store was really clean and nice.
