The lady knew what I would like. She knew what would look good on me. And she was very polite about how I didn’t know what I wanted and what I was looking for.

First, the store was very clean and I loved that they wiped down everything after each customer. Second, the sales associate, Carly, was very friendly and knowledgeable. And finally, she made it very easy to return the charm that I had bought online.

Chrysalin was super sweet and helped me and my Pandora loving mom, exchange a bracelet for a bigger size. She engaged in small talk and admired my mom's Disney themed bracelet! Would most definitely return to that location and have Chrysalin help us out again!

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because of how kind and nice the employee was. Not only this but she was quick to show me what i wanted. She helped me out with my bracelet and the charms i wanted in no time!

It was so organized. The workers there are so sweet and kind. I found what I wanted and fit perfectly.

I had a great experience at the Pandora in the Brea Mall. All of the women working were very sweet and helpful! I was able to get my ring cleaned for free with the help of an amazing employee and Isabelle was helpful and understanding of our situation. I will definitely be going back for the great service and I will definitely recommend others to go visit this Pandora store!

The service from David was by far amazing. He treated my wife & I with the upmost respect. It was my first time in the store and did not know what to expect especially with the pandemic but David made our shopping experience so easy. He remained professional and was thorough when showing and describing the charms and bracelets. The store was clean and all associates were helping each other. Will be coming back to this location only
