Although the store was busy I was graciously helped by one of the Pandora workers. He let me try on some of the rings and let me look around until I was ready to make my purchase. They made my experience easy and I was satisfied with my purchase.

The associate was very welcoming since it was my first time shopping here. The quality of displayed items seemed close to the real deal. The price for the rings are really affordable for the quality.

I bought my earrings from pandora 10 days ago and noticed that my earrings are turning a different color

Overall I was only satisfied with my experience at Pandora (Brea Mall, CA) because we knew exactly what we were looking for; we didn’t really need assistance. With the little assistance we got, the employee was friendly but not really talkative at first.

Only thing I was disappointed in was I couldn’t exchange the product I purchased recently, was told I couldn’t exchange or return it due to discontinue product wasn’t aware or told it was a discontinued item.

We were not shown items in a collection we were interest in

ASKED ABOUT 5 DIFFERENT CHARMS AND THEY WERE ALL OUT. ASKED FOR A VIRGO CHARM THEY DIDNT HAVE IT. ALSO ASKED FOR A INITIAL CHARM LETTER P AND DIDNT HAVE IT. SHE GAVE ME A CATALOG AND IT WAS MUCH EASIER TO SEE WHAT THEY HAD. INSTEAD OF HER TRYING TO HUNT THEM DOWN IN THE GLASS CASE.

Highly Satisfied to me is high service, with drinks and no waiting times. This store was still awesome and I was still satisfied. My sister used to work here so my family knows about this store. It’s the only Pandora Store near us.
