Got what I needed and got good service

Some reasons like: - You can't try on earrings, this is a must in order to see their weight. - When some customers entered the store they were very restrictive in the movement, they didn't allow us to move to other corners of the store. - My coupon was not eligible on any Pandora store. - They didn't have all the sizes I needed. - They didn't have the chains to show, just the catalogue, it is not the same.

The manager of this location was extremely rude.

I wish I can explore more by looking other areas but is understandable about COVID-19 restrictions. I felt limited by being in a certain area to look that’s all.

Merchandise was not readily available. Items pertaining to ‘Dad’ don’t exist and selection of items varied from other stores. My associate was friendly and tried to assist as much as she could, When waiting in line, customers should have been greeted during the extended wait. Also, to be given instructions to stay at the same area would have been helpful.

The associate was not understanding my needs of items I was looking for. I couldn’t walk around the store due to their COVID guidelines so it made it impossible to find additional items to buy.
