Associate got mad because I asked for a pair of earring that haven’t been open or touched and he had an attitude about it and rudely stated that they are new I just got them out, i didn’t think it was such a big deal and I just wants to make sure my item was brand new and not tried on with everything going on!

Associate claims non existence of particular product, as results I was forded to purchase similar item instead of needed. Upon arrival home I discovered on the website that that product in fact exists. But the store is to far to drive to for an exchange, had to make the items “work”, although it’s not really what I wanted.

The price point is high for the product.

I love pandora and everything in they sell but the lady that was helping me did not look like she was having a good day. It didn’t affected me or anything and she did helped me with everything but I know during this holidays work it’s hard.

The others were not as friendly as the sales that helped, seeing new person getting treated not nicely

There was a long wait to get in the store. Unnecessary

Not enough staff members, had to wait atleast 20 minutes to be assisted.

I love Pandora and I want to buy so many things but it is too pricy.

Great service and a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this place to others
