The girls at this particular Pandora had a look of utter boredom. It made me feel uncomfortable, i almost didnt come in because their appearance and body language was so uninviting

There was no one to greet the customers. Associates did not offer to attend to customers waiting for assistance. Associate also did not offer new products or make any suggestions to customers.

The first girl that was helping me was very nice then I went back 15 minutes later to buy more stuff but the associates that were there did not care and were not helpful at all so I left and I did not buy anything anymore. I spent almost $500 and they did not care about it. They were not nice at all. I don't want to return to that location.

I had to wait at least ten minutes for a sales person to help me. The two sales people where helping other customers, but did not even say hello and that someone would help me shortly. Thankfully, Kaelyn V came out and assisted me with my purchase. She was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. She was the nicest Pandora employee in the store that afternoon.

I am satisfied with the Pandora experience Jewerly is so beautiful and you can find a lot of different items at store, maybe you should improve customer service

Had to exchange a defective item and had thr run a round instead of giving exchange for the item I had to wait for an giftcard then reorder my item . That's wasting my time and inconvenience.
