The sales associate wasn’t too friendly but she did know her way around the store and got me exactly what I explained to her in less then 15mins maybe she was having a bad day but I going to return for another purchase

I went to pick up my Pandora order, and I was about to purchase another pair of earrings however in the store it said the pair of earrings were $90, but after I bought the pair of earrings I looked at the receipt and it charged me $115. Because one of the sales associate Miss labeled the price onto the pair of earrings. So I was a bit annoyed for the fact that they didn’t know it was missed labeled and now I have to wait 5 or more days for my return deposit to go back to my card.

I had an issue with my online purchase. The issue was not resolved during my visit. I was instructed to call the customer service number to get it resolved. That number was not operating due to the time.

The sales associate today was not friendly at all, was rushing us, and everything just felt forced. I understand that Black Friday it's a busy and tiring day, however, being friendly is part of every customer/retail job.

Leaving pandora I was satisfied with my purchase of the radiant teardrop ring. However once I was home I realized a crystal was missing. I just wish the saleswoman who sold me the ring would have inspected it more diligently before selling me a damaged product.

I received this receipt yesterday and was at first very shocked, as I had not been in your store in Brea Mall for a couple of weeks, I was afraid someone had used my account to make this purchase. In studying the receipt, I found that what had actually happened was that my husband had come into your store yesterday to purchase some charms to give me for our 49 Wedding Anniversary. I want you to know that at no time did my husband mention my name or that I was in your system. He made the purchase using his bank card which again, did not have my name on it. Nor did he give the sale person my email address. So how is it that I received this email, ruining his surprise and letting me know he had made a purchase in your store? I believe there is a huge flaw in your system that needs to be looked into. I felt bad that his lovely gift was not the surprise he wanted it to be. Not to mention that I originally thought someone had charged this to my bank account (until I looked at the card number). And if you look, HIS name is no where on the receipt although he is the one that made the purchase. This error in your system needs to be fixed.

There are 2 associate doing nothing and none of them approached me If I need help as I am looking for the ring area. Then when circling the small store 3 times I approach an associate and asked her if they have ring for my pinky as all my fingers are complete with pandora but my pinky and she asked me in not a really welcoming attitude. What size? I said 3 and she said " sorry we don't have a 3 and about to brush me off and I continue to asked do u have anything smaller? And she pointed me to Isabela to help me. Like she made me feel I bothered her standing there doing nothing. I have been to other Pandora and this one is not very accommodating sad to say.
