Rude sales associate and not willing to help, blaming the bad service on the pandemic

I went to return a bracelet that was a gift for me. Unfortunately, I already have that exact bracket. I went to return the one my boyfriend bought me because he had the receipt. I was greeted by a salesman name David I believe. That’s the name that is given on my receipt when I made the return. I explained the situation and he looked at me as if I was lying. He asked for the receipt and I gave it to me. He then asked me for the original receipt and I explained it was the original receipt. When my boyfriend purchased the bracelet, he did an online survey and the validation code was written on that receipt. I think this may have been the reason for the salesman’s “suspension”. Regardless, the entire time he kept on looking at me as if I was less than him. It made me feel very uncomfortable because I thought I was being very friendly. I went last month with my boyfriend to this exact location, brea mall, and he assisted us. My boyfriend and I got the same experience. Your salesperson needs to be more friendly. There is no reason for him to treat others as if he is higher than them.

I applied for the credit card but there was an error and had to wait an additional 20 mins while the associate was on the phone with the bank. Finally he said we had to redo it because it didn’t go through. Not worth the wait and I ended up paying with Apple Pay.

Wasn’t attended to for a few minutes. Had to browse without my questions being answered. When I had questions and wanted to see certain charms, attendant seemed annoyed.

2 of the staff members were very rude since the moment I stepped it. I felt like I was being followed and watched. The associate who assisted me seemed bothered by my questions, she was not friendly. The only reason why I ended up purchasing something was because I really needed this last minute gift if it wasn’t for this I would have gladly walked out and take me money elsewhere. I am really disappointed in my self for not walking out.

The customer service representative (Joey) was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and courteous at all times. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Pandora with Joey. Thank you Joey!

This is the last time I will be visiting this location. My sales associate, Jacqueline, was very sweet and patient as I didn't want to waste her time, however another associate, Isabelle, made the experience uncomfortable. At times I noticed she would cut/roll her eyes towards me although I hadn't had any conversation with her. I noticed there were times she had some sort of an attitude if someone was asking her a question about a product and seemed very disconnected with them. I guess Pandora doesn't care as long as sales are being made.

I went to the pandora in brea on Saturday February 5,2022. The sales representative Ashley L. Was very rude . It looked like she didn’t even wanna work . And when I asked her to see something like she was very disturbed. I wasn’t satisfied with my purchase so I went back 2 days later which was February 7,2022. Someone else was going to help me but then asked the same rude sales girl Ashley to help me to do the return. Once again was very rude like she didn’t wanna make the exchange. I chose something quick because I didn’t even want to be there anymore because of how rude she was and I wasn’t really satisfied again with my exchange. I will not be going back to that location ever again in brea mall .

I called before I drove 35 miles to make my purchase. I spoke with Karina, who assured me that the birthday cake charm was available. When I arrived she helped me with my purchase.
