I visited this store to buy a gift. I had a $96 store credit from a prior return I did. When I came in to use the credit I was told by assistant manager Melissa that I couldn’t use it. Melissa had ZERO customer service skills and just brushed me off, she handed me a paper with the customer service number on it and told me to call to see if they could do anything about it. She didn’t even try to call on my behalf or try to solve the issue!!! What TERRIBLE customer service that is, I can’t believe she is in the position that she’s in. Thankfully two other associates, David and Breanna, completely went out of their way to help me and make sure I was taken care of!!!! If it were not for them then I would have had the worst experience in this store but instead they made it so pleasant and truly went above and beyond to do what they could to apply my credit to my new purchase. DAVID IS A SUPERSTAR and should be the manager of this store hands down! He understands what it means to give good customer service and his knowledge of the Pandora product line was impeccable. He is such an asset to your company, please recognize his efforts and great customer service skills!

I purchased a bracelet online but it was too small, so I brought it to the store to exchange it. We waited in line for an hour which I understand because of Covid and guidelines. But the sales associates didn't acknowledge the wait or even seemed to care we waited so long. I was helped by two associates and both seem irritated that I was trying to exchange something. I asked both to see a larger size bracelet just to make sure we were getting the right size, but both refused to show it because "if it's too large it will get caught on things". I understand they know better then I would, but not to even show it? The bracelet I was trying to exchange was not available so I had to purchase a more expensive one. I asked if I could order the larger of the same one and just ship it to me but they said they couldn't since the original one was bought on black Friday. Just the whole attitude of both sales associates were rude and short. My 12 year old daughter who went with me even made a comment as we were leaving. Wondering why they seemed so angry at us. I'll never go back to that store again.

The woman who helped me was probably ready to get out of there. I knew she had an issue with me or with working there because once her colleagues would come by she would turn all enthusiastic and nice, but once I would start asking a question she would just stare and belittle me like i was stupid. I dont know jewelry that's why I'm asking you... I'm just going to keep going to the Cerritos location, at least they treat you like a person.

the person helping me Nadia was very good. the other salesperson Briana was very rude. I was about to walk out the door. briana was helping her customer but not letting us see the showcase that we wanted to see. Nadia was trying to help but Briana was being rude to her and us. then final when Briana was finished with her customers we were looking at the rings and then she was getting in our was and putting away the rings while my wife was looking at the rings. Me writing this won't change anything but I'm writing this. Briana should not be acting like that. I do sales too and the person you are helping is the only customer's others are your customers too. If my employee acted like that I would say something and do something about that. Customer service is very important to your business. You lose customers you lose sales and money and paychecks.

Pandora is a store I've grown to love as there is a gift for every occasion and I never leave empty handed. However, this visit at Brea was by far the worst experience I've encountered at any store. Upon entry, there was no greeting by anyone of the 8 employees as half of them were just standing behind the register conversing with each other. As my cousin and I looked for gifts, no one approached us for assistance, although we've made eye contact several times with associates that were unoccupied. Unsatisfied with the lack of customer service, we went over to Swarovski to purchase gifts then decided to give Pandora a second chance. Despite high hopes, the same shameful service persisted. Because we wanted to share the magic of Pandora with those we love, we sought assistance ourselves. Great customer service makes for recurring clients, yet this store definitely lacked that. Each & every person that walks through the door should be valued as a potential client, otherwise you lose out. This Brea store gave a vibe similar to Claire's with the exception of a higher price point. Pandora continues to excel in jewelry, yet the customer service was unprofessional & degrading to the brand.
