The associate knew how to help us find our mom the perfect bracelet and the charms that fit her personality. We even bought ourselves something.

It was Saturday before Mother’s Day and they had a 45min wait time. This is because of the amazing quality and the uniqueness of merchandise Pandora offers. Sales team was curious in helping all guest they allowed online orders to skip line all while taken care of the other customers as well.

There was a long line outside of the store right before closing. I called to see if I placed an online order at that time would I be able to get it same day. Hannah explained that they may not receive the order before closing and that it may be ready the next day. She offered to take my order over the phone as I waited in line. She came out and let me pay and I was on my way. I am so grateful.

Each time I’ve visited this location it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is always so pleasant and respectful. They are more than willing to go above and beyond. Every experience has been positive.

I was highly satisfied with the gist because I had good customer service and the help of finding the perfect gift for my mother. I plan on coming back to buy myself to feel good.

Fairly quick service, but since all associates were helping the limited customers (because of silly Chinese Coronavirus protocols) I had time to select the charms I was interested in purchasing from one of the easily assessable catalogs. The associate (Hannah G) was quite helpful, nice, and seemed knowledgeable about the products I was seeking. We completed my purchase quickly and without any problems.
