I met the most qualified, friendliest, professional salesperson in all of Haywood Mall... Hannah G was her name and she was phenomenal !! I ended up buying more charms with her excellent showcase of other items and was very very pleased with my purchase. She went above & beyond to make sure me & may daughter were happy with our purchase and introduced other charms we might be interested in AND WE ACTUALLY PURCHASED HER CHOICES!! I was so glad we encountered her, she made our visit worthwhile. Hats off to a job well done to Ms Hannah G !!!

My salesperson Hannah B. was great. Then the other Hannah G. made it even better with her assistance and JOY. Then both worked well to close me out and set up my charms. Then Aleia (africian americian salesperson) was thanking my husband for his service (Marines) then we purchased the Marine charm. The ladies were great!!!! PS I called the store to try and get her name correct name; busy :-(.....

My sales associate was very pleasant and helpful. Not only did she suggest amazing pieces to buy for my mom. She also gave great advice for my girlfriend who's pregnant and having the typical pregnancy issues.. as well as suggest something amazing for her as well. which i did buy also. Melody was amazing!
