Wait time was minimal, the charms I was looking to purchase were in stock and Keaira the sales associate was more than helpful and attentive.

The sales associate was very friendly. She made sure I knew all information about what I was purchasing. She informed me about all promotions and made sure I purchased exactly what I needed for my mother’s gift

For one reason I was satisfied is because all the other Pandora stores have closed and I was happy to know that this one in the Haywood Mall still open

The sales lady’s were awesome. I needed to clean my set since my sister passed away we exchanged our Pandora charms and I wasn’t able to wear, cause it was bringing me memories of her. But sale representatives did it for me and I bought another charm and wrist band.

I was highly satisfied because they only allowed a certain amount of customers in the store at a time and my salesperson Megan C. was very pleasant & knowledgeable of the inventory.
