Came in to buy a jewelry box. Melody was very helpful and very friendly through the buying process.

We were warmly greeted. The sales associate was very helpful, she had a smile. She was helped me find what I was looking for and she also made a recommendation of another item that would pair well with the ring I was getting and I purchased that as well. Very happy with what I bought and my experience.

The sales assistant was very helpful, in helping me chose for my daughter , also very pleasant young lady ,also told me if my daughter didn’t like it it could be returned for something else

The customer service was excellent. Although we are in trying times with covid-19 the wait time was not too long. The sales rep was very knowledgeable of the product and went straight to what I needed.

The sales associate Virginia was very patient with me. She never rushed me and she took her time answering all of my questions. My daughter got lost in the mall and Virginia asked if I wanted to use her phone to call and check on her. Pandora has my business for life.
