It was a great experience. The guy was really nice and knowledgeable. The only downside was I was looking for rings and I discovered on the way out the door I wasn’t shown all of them but I was still happy my decision and I know I’ll be returning

George at the Haywood mall store was very welcoming. He assisted me with finding the charms I was looking for. He also told me about the recent promotions and sold it to me well.

George was extremely helpful and the store had all of the items that I was looking for to be able to get my mom what she was wanting for Christmas.

The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He put my charm on and arranged my charms for me. Everyone in the store was very friendly.

The staff was very helpful in finding what fit my size wrist and what my taste was. Also, they made sure to double check their inventory for the charm I was looking for. They also were patient with me in picking out the type of bracelet I wanted.

The store itself is very very clean and beautiful. In addition, the associate was extremely professional not only in appearance but also in knowledge of the product.
