My first time going into pandora in Greenville sc in the mall. A friend wanted a gift from there. Keaira was wonderful. She was able to tell me about all the jewelry I was asking about off the top of head. She a wonderful person and very helpful she walked around the store checking different areas for ring sizes to see if they had the jewelry I want place somewhere else. With my experience from her I’ll be back to shop their. She greeted me and in gage into conversation.

Cleanliness of the store. Person ability and greeting of my sales associate. Patience in selection of the purchase piece and input is so important. Social distancing as well. The only improvement is reinstate cleaning of jewelry haven’t been able to have my bracelet cleaned in a while.
