The rep to time to put my charms in that I received for Mother’s Day she was very knowledgeable and helpful helping me also choosing a bracelet for my Moms birthday!!! She was so sweet, Kiera was her name at the Greenville SC store .

Even though this pandemic the store associates are still very nice and helpful. I’ve been to the mall location where I live twice in the month of May. And I will continue to visit this location. Wonderful staff!

As soon as i walked in the store a sales associate greeted me and asked if i needed any assistance. She was so helpful i getting together the items i was looking for. Even when. Was checking out and asked for another item, she had not problem going to find it for me. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise they had in store. It was an overall great experience.
