I knew what I wanted when I walked into the store, because I had shopped online. There was only a very short wait for someone to help me. The associate had no trouble locating the two items that I described. Check-out was quick and easy.

Prices are great. Was able to get bracelet cleaned dispite crowded store. Very friendly.

I fell comfot went i going the store ,the personal us very nice they help the costume every thing is good.

Returned 2 clasps that I had purchased online did not realize they only fit a particular style of bracelet( this should be more clear in details while selecting items online.) It was an inconvenience to me because I did have to drive 45 min there and 45 back home to exchange these(closest store) Also I had bought a double braded leather bracelet and the clasp was tarnished, This store did not have any of these bracelets so sales person did clean up the tarnish and I was satisfied with the outcome. They also did let me exchange the clasps for charms that I could use on my type of bracelets that I had purchased I did leave satisfied.
