I have been shopping at this particular Pandora Store since I Gifted my Mom a Pandora Bracelet in 2015, and then when I got a Bracelet of my own that Christmas. That said, I have NEVER had an Issue with Staff Attitude(they're always great!), or Exchanges. Everyone in there is so knowledgeable. Liana waited on me this time(She generally seems to wait on me), and was as pleasant as always.

The sales associate greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was located. She was wonderful!

When we enter the store we was immediately greeted. Sales associate was very helpful. The store was very welcoming to veterans on this weekend.
