I needed a gift and the salesperson (Liana) was able to help me look up what purchases this recipient had already made to avoid duplication and was able to get her ring size. With that information she showed me the rings in that size and assisted me in my selection. The recipient loved the ring! Liana not only helped me select a great gift but helped avoid giving a gift that would need exchanging (although Pandora is good to work with when an exchange is needed).

The store I visited wasn't too big, but it didn't need to be. There was a very clean look with how everything was organized. It was spacious enough to easily find what we were looking for. The associate that helped us was very kind and knew what she was talking about when it came to charms.

The salesperson took considerable time trying to find a new charm to go along with the theme of the other charms on my bracelet. Unfortunately the inventory was low so there was little from which to pick. But the salesperson couldn’t have been nicer.
