Daniel Peake was a wonderful first person to encounter. He's very personable, conversational, and helpful. I needed to replace a charm for the 2nd time. He immediately noticed upon looking up my account and suggested an alternate charm. My transaction was completed by Cam who was equally wonderful. She helped me pick out a new charm and happily cleaned my bracelet when asked. Daniel checked on us while we waited and even made sure we were aware of the perks of applying for a Pandora card. His sales pick was perfect and even included the Mother’s Day rush and how I could advance to the front of line with my card. Overall, a 5 star experience thanks to Mr. Peake and Cam.
