The store was absolutely gorgeous! It was newly remodeled and I love how fresh and clean everything was. The ladies there always provide the best customer service and it was great to see them in a new clean store.

I was looking for stoppers with a safety chain specifically and the staff was very knowledgeable about which one would be the be the best choice.

Today was my first visit to my local pandora. My boyfriend just purchased me my first pandora bracelet and I was there to add clips and a spacer. I had 2 of the sweetest women assisting me. One was in training (and being trained well may I add). I had actually forgotten my bracelet and home, but they made what I was wanting and needing such a ease. I really appreciated the time they took to listen and assist me with what I needed

They are always extremely nice every time I come in. Last night I took my wife for her birthday to Pandora and was shocked to see they were boarded up because of remodel, however they had moved to the center of the mall just outside their store. It was a pleasant experience, we were not rushed and my wife got the bracelet and charm she wanted for her birthday.

I had a good sales person. The store was not busy. The store has good service.

The store is usually very busy. It’s a really small place and can get crowded. There was not many people working but they did their best!

The associate helped as soon as she saw me. She found the charm I was looking for quickly. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes.

I wasn’t highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because there was a lot of people behind the counter to give assistance but they didn’t and weren’t helping anyone, just standing there behind the counter not doing anything.

I was looking for ear rings and there were a lack of them. Also half of the staff were really active about greeting and thee others jus kinda walked by. Lastly when I'm looking for something I don't like when it feels like I'm being followed I like room I can call someone when I find something I like.
