I spent money on something the sales lady told me would prevent the loss on my bracelet, the product that was supposed to prevent it was lost, it fell , tell me how is that possible ? that was the problem with my first bracelet i bought, it fell without me noticing and so i bought this clip, spent extra money to prevent me losing this bracelet but the clip fell off , it’s ridiculous. i hadn’t even taken off my bracelet that day which makes it even more ridiculous , the sales lady put the clip on and my bracelet on.

This was my very first time buying myself a piece of jewelry. I bought a charm bracelet and wanted to add to it for important events in my life. Unfortunately, retired charms are not available such as army. I have a son who just got deployed and needed that for me. My husband and I while dating were nicknamed Scooby/Shaggy. I wanted a Scooby charm. Two of the biggest most important things in my life and the charms were not available.

I wanted the Pandora bracelet in the window, as on display; but I had to order it online due to availability of size. Also, out the store was out of charm 799438CO1. I wanted the palm tree and coconuts, saddened.

The wait and number of staff is aggravating. You don't experience this at other jewelry stores. Did not have my first choice item.
