Pandora Jewelry

We did have to wait in a line outside the store but while waiting and associate came around with a display of available items. We were also offered a catalog to browse while we were waiting. I knew what I wanted to look at before I stepped in the store. Each associate I encountered was helpful and polite.

Pandora promotion is part of what motivated my visit. After arriving and choosing 4 charms, we are told they are not honoring the promotion because the location was out of stock.

I was the wait time for me . Came during a crowd but some customers to long time making a decision

The wait time there were a sales lady waiting on a customer to come back,when all she had to do was to take another customer who was standing there did not take five minutes to look and give me one thing i wanted yet she waited i dont know if she made a sale,but i was about to leave another sales ladycome help who was very nice..I don't think u should wait on another customer to come back when there is a customer is standing there ready to buy.

The store needs to be a little bit bigger there were so many people in there bumping into each other. The other sales associate (young male) told me to move over so someone could look at jewelry while I was doing my own shopping and waiting for the sales lady to get my bracelet to try on. He was very rude and didnt even care that i was working with another sales person.

The first sale person I had was rude so I had to switch to Michelle my new salesperson was excellent patient and understanding

I was satisfied with my experience because I like jewelry especially pandora but nothing is perfect so I will return for purchase.

It was my first time visiting Pandora. I was interested in particular item I found online. It was pleasant experience, lady was knowledgeable and very friendly. I definitely will come back

Charms are repetitive, lacking innovative design and limited. Same messages; same occasions but not one Get Well Charm or You’re Strong charm or anything similar. Some have become quite tacky and look cheap. My best friend has a bracelet and I wanted to give a new charm after a life threatening surgery but had to go with some generic, meaningless clip. Get designing!
