Pandora Jewelry

During holidays it is difficult to get in the store because the long line waiting.

My bracelet charm link broke and they didn’t have the tools to fix it I had to take it to another store that was not affiliated with Pandora.

It took a while to clear credit card issue with the customer service.

there is always room for improvement. Better sales

Nice and friendly environment. Would recommend to others because Jewelry is nice quality. Also the store is very clean inside and organized in details.

The sales associate wasn’t pleasant at first and was a bit pushy. She ended the visit nice after the purchase was done. Didn’t pay much attention the store cleanliness but it was busy.

The people and the service was amazing just didn’t have a lot of options in store but other then that it was great.

I wanted to make a larger purchase, but the merchandise was limited. I had to order online.

The experience was okay, each time i go in theirs always something strange. The first time I went it with my mom no one wanted to attend us and the second time i went it took a while to get attended and the sales associate looked slightly annoyed, because i didn’t like some of the things he showed me. I asked to see many charms but in a very polite manner, i would say “oh i don’t see anything i like on this tray do u mind pulling out more” and continuously said thank you

It was just busy on a Sunday, so a few people in there trying to move around & see the items. And then having to wait awhile because they was busy
