Took too long for an associate to acknowkedge me, then even longer for available associates to assist me. After asking for help Hannah was very helpful.

The items in the store. Totally 💯, but I ask for cleaning off my bracelet was not possible due to busy clients at the store. But still cleat don’t take to much of their time so I feel it should it be done ‘

When asked what type of gem stones were in the piece of jewelry I wanted to purchase, the sales associate just repeated what I assumed and did not offer any explanation as to the gem stones being real or lab created and did not even know what stones they even were. Did not strike me as being knowledgeable in jewelry sales at all. Reminded me of Walmart jewelry counter cashier.

I believe that there is always room for improvement. Be sides that a couple of your associates were not the most approachable.

The store was extremely packed. No social distance.

It was a overall good experience. But it is a very small store and when busy it's very hot, and claustrophobic. The associate was nice, but it was hard for her to find items.
