I understand limiting people inside the store during a pandemic, but having only 3 associates and at times, only 2 working is frustrating. I waited for 40 minutes in a line outside of the store. Once in the store, I asked to see the sale charms, hoping they would be all be located in 1 or 2 trays, instead I was handed a stack of sheets of paper, stapled together with less than good pictures of the sale items. I felt rushed due to the number of people waiting outside. I truly understand why the limited number of people, but it would be so much better to create trays of sale charms instead of trying to look at poor quality pictures. I would have purchased more had I been able to see the items in person.

I was seeking a charm that consisted of a birthstone color. Sadly, there were non of my month and the total amount of months they did have was only 2. Plus I can’t customize any charms to the exact thing I want.

The only really I was not highly satisfied is due to waiting in line outside for over an hour. But, once I got in the associate Melody H was very helpful!
