I had a return from 10/17/21 and was told I could not get a refund. I had to exchange item. The receipt clearly says REFUND or exchange within 30 days.I had original receipt.

I am not highly satisfied with Pandora products because it costs wayyyy to much for the clamp to have opened and made 4 charms/beads come off. They really should do something to accommodate their customers

Went in to buy jewelry cleaner and a couple charms there was no cleaner in store so she said she could order it for me, I had to pay shipping which didn’t seem right if it was out of stock in store and they offered to order it for me, they should have a code for free shipping. Also wish the jewelry was better condition considering the high price tag it shouldn’t tarnish so quickly. I had my bracelet sitting in the cloth bag away from other jewelry and the thing turned black practically, the associate said it looked like I wore it in the ocean or shower despite me telling her I hadn’t.

Well for one they don't clean your jewelry anymore. I won't likely return due to the fact that I live in columbia sc and was just visiting Greenville.

Buy a bracelet for my wife anniversary, I purchased the bracelet in June , I need to return it for a bigger size which was ordered the day I picked up the bracelet. The replacement was ordered on June 26 and I just received the replacement today July 21.
