My salesperson was great. But the person greeting me was kinda rude They only let 4 people in the store at a time. Had to wait for a long time I was going to leave when the nice sales man came up. The greeter should have been helping us instead of walking around

They didn’t have what I originally wanted in stock at tge store but that’s not really their fault. The lady was a bit clumsy with it.

I know that we are in a PANDERMIC, but the sales associate gave me a book to look for what I wanted. I look around and other associate was pulling out tray to let their customer look at the product.

The charms I wanted were not in stock

I did not receive all my items purchased sales associate forgot to bag one item

The associate that was helping me didn't know if a charm was real or not. And when she asked the manager he was not interested in my sale at all.

The guy was awesome putting my design together, he was Great

The Shine collection is retiring. I do like those items. Unfortunately I will not be able to complete my Shine bracelet. Will the Shine collection be available online?

I felt like the worker was a little upset with how long I was taking looking at the charms. I did not like the feeling of being rushed by her. Although everything else about my visit was pretty well.
