Only because they usually are on back order with products. In this visit I had to leave my contact information to be contacted when the product is available. The products were available online.

Great customer service with young lady help me my firt time wanted start a bracelet she explained the items and about the charms. Haywood mall in Greenville sc location.. there where two associations working. Keaira. Help me welcome me when i came in to the store there was one male associate was not friendly or eve spoke!! but i was very satisfied with keaira very knowledgeable of the store

They didn't have what I came to purchase in my size.

Visited the Greenville Haywood mall location the store overall was tiny and hot bring that it was 93 degrees the sales associates didn’t have on mask only plastic shields and 2 bottles of sanitizer also they didn’t have a wide selection to choose from being that my husband spent also $400

I was satisfied with everything and happy.
