I was satisfied with my visit. Charms that weren't available on a previous visit was available on this visit. Pandora does not provide cleaning services for personalized charms.

The waiting time, we have to do a line. The promotion product was out of stock, the one I saw online out of stock too and the windows of the store were dirty.

pandora doesn’t carry a six and a half that i need. i had to go ahead with a 7 . that’s the only reason i wasn’t satisfied .

Didn’t see a wide selection of charms for this bracelet (flat one). Didn’t like the look of the initial charms compared to the daintiness of the crown and infinity charms.

We were in the store about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged. The lady that helped me wasn’t too friendly. She seemed more like what hurry up what you want kind of person. Nothing that WOW” ED me. Spent $165 in there. Wasn’t impressed in the store. May order online for future purchases.

I was looking for the Harry Potter collection. Was hoping there would be more options. I did not find exactly what I was looking for but was able to find an alternative.

There was not in stock what I need. The not sign a paper list before get the service put me behind 4 other customers got to store after me.

Because I think that Pandora should give out frequent shoppers discount

I wasn’t informed about the limit on the Essence brand charms
