Although the sales associate was nice & helpful, I feel that I had an average experience.

Store was very crowded, there were only two employees working on a Saturday afternoon and I waited approximately 20-25 minutes for a sales associate for assist me.

The Sales Associate could not see very well with her glasses on and wasn’t very knowledgeable about a sale item.

pandora has advertising for free earrings with purshase, when arrive I wasn't informed about the out of stock, after I had my selection made and purshase complete I had to ask for my present. not only they didn't have it but i wasn't even offered a substitute. my husband just got surgery and to walk around the store the space is very limited. also staff not very friendly, coming from physical therapy they looked at us top to bottom before even helping and kept mentioning the prices of everything like we could not afford them

Because when I arrived home I open one of my box and the Disney Duck Donald looks darker then all my charms I have on my bracelet I also have the Daisy Donald charm just for Christmas and she is very shiny so I have to go back tomorrow to the store to get another charm

Associate was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is lack of availability of specific ring/size I was looking for. They offered to special order saying it would take 2-3 weeks. This however seemed silly since I can just go online and order and receive my item within a couple of business days.

It was late in the day. After Christmas shoppers were grouchy. The store only let in three customers at a time. We waited 2 hours to get into the store. If my 15 year old hadn’t wanted in so badly I would not have waited.
