Very crowded, limited area in store, only three employees working the sales floor. One taking names and talking to people arriving. Was not an issue just very crowded.

Everything was going good until the clerk gave me the wrong charm, I didn't realize it until i got home and looked the charm a second time. The receipt had the correct name, it was just the charm

It has nothing to do with the store really. It was a Saturday before Xmas and the mall was crowded we had to wait outside the store. Also felt a little rushed to get our order done.

Waited over 30 minutes to get waited on. Girl that helped us was very nice but you need more sales people in store.

Not enough employees to help the customer! It was too many people there at the time!!

So I I initially needed to exchange a bracelet 2.5 months ago but the bracelet was not in store so it had to be ordered. I called the store several times with no answer as to why the bracelet was not here yet. Finally 2.5 months later it arrived. I went into the store to pick it up today and was explaining that I was coming to pick up the bracelet. The female who helped with my transaction was great. However when Roxanne came over to assist I felt belittled. I was explaining what happened to the bracelet and she blatantly told me no, this is what happened. I didn’t acknowledge, but I feel like it was disrespectful and uncalled for. Sadly bc if this experience I will not be returning to this location.

I would like to see more of a selection of rose gold charms

I was satisfied with my experience with Pandora. It was my first Pandora piece and I love it.

Some questions were not answered. Now cleaning products offered. No assistant in Cleaning already purchased product.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find what I was looking for and I didn’t have to wait.
