I was waiting at the mall door for store to open, they knew I was there and did not greet me to let me know door was open for business. minor / non issue but poor customer service for that reason only. once in store staff was excellent.

Waiting to long to be waited on

My associate, Cydney was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise and I am satisfied with her servicing me.

When I first walked in the sale clerks were not eagered to help me. They stood behind the counter staring at me and neither spoke, I was the first to salute. Roxanne did assist me and I made a purchase due to her recommendations. I did not get a good feel when I walked in but I was happy when I walked out!

As a general rule, I do not give a highly satisfied rating. However, I will state the sales associate, Roxanne, was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I was shopping for a mother's day gift and there were only two associates working and very long waits.

Sales associate did not acknowledge us and took the time tonlet us know they would be right with us.

Great sale and customer service

I would like there to be more general options for charms and for lower some of the prices.

The store was really crowded & she never asked to help me assuming I was with someone who was already being waited on. After a few minutes I said I'm not with them.
