This store has recently been reopened after renovation. It seemed that the selection wasn't as large; three/four trays which were visible from the case had mostly all the same charms. I'm usually overwhelmed by choices, but not this time. I felt like I should've stayed home and looked through the book.

I asked to have my bracelet cleaned. My sales person told me that they didn’t do that on the weekends however there was another associate that was there and she told my associate that they can clean them on the weekends. I was waiting on my associate to ask for my bracelet but she never did.

I was returning a Christmas present(bracelet) to exchange for a necklace instead. The associate showed us one(best) option. I wanted to see more product so I felt my choice was the best and most amazing choice. I even voiced to the associate that it helps me decide to see different options especially when I see other options from a distance in the store that looks really pretty. But she only nodded in agreement. I also asked about the %50 sale and asked what exactly was on sale she then brought a folder book with the items on sale. I asked about something along the lines of my birthstone ruby because I was thinking about adding to my charms she then just mentioned a couple and didn’t show me anything. The folder book had pictures of the items but were very blurry. I personally wanted to see these items in person before buying as mentioned before. The associate didn’t ask me if I was interested in another charm at all or show me anything so I just let it go. She then just rung me up for what I then owed, paid then left. I left wanting to shop and see products and not a book and only one chain.

I purchased 2 bracelets and charms for Christmas took it back to exchange it for a different style of bracelet for the same price, but the manager said that since i wasn't exchanging the braclet for another size that I had to pay a difference. Had the first sales person had been more thorough about the fitting and patient as the young lady I had today I would've gotten the right bracelet for me the first time. This was my first time and want familiar about the bracelets. However the young lady today gave me a better understanding of them.

The only reason that was I not satisfied is because associate at first was a little rude with us. She did change her tone later but at the beginning was a little rude
