I had an exchange. The posted sign said if you did not have your receipt you would be given the lowest price of the item. However I was not allowed to exchange my item only had to spend more money for what I wanted. This was a gift. I provided all of the person that gave the gifts information & they could not be found in your system. I know the item was purchased at this store. I was there the day of purchase just not in the store so the charms would be a surprise. Obviously his information was not put in the system. I will never ask for a gift from Pandora again

When I bought my bracelet and charms last year I was told cleaning was free in the store. My bracelet had tarnish on it went to the Pandora only to find out I had to purchase cleaner and they do not do the free cleaning anymore.

The wait in the line was too long for the number of associates that were in the store. Some associates would finish with the customer and then disappear to the back and then would not return for quite some time. I waited in line over an hour for this reason

Sale associate wasn't very helpful at the beginning,I think we were being judged on the way we was dressed so I think she probably felt like we was wasting her time. She became friendly once we started picking more items. This is our second time experiencing this at this store with a different employee.

Waited a long time in-line which I know could not be helped but once inside I didn’t feel at liberty to look around. It felt like we needed to hurry up and go so others could come inside.

Took forever yo check out and couldn't understand what we were saying. Had to basically yell and spell out everything. When she did our fitting she didn't even put the ring on all the way.

There was only 1 worker and a supposed “host” who couldn’t assist with anything. She did say they were short staffed which is understood but this has happened a few times at this location.

I had online purchase with receipt and Went in store to exchange, unable to get refund back to my acct the difference had to take a gift card :(

The reason I am not satisfied with my Pandora experience because the employees didn't know who was next to be helped, even though people could be waiting 20 minutes but would help the next person that just walked in. I suggest some sort of a sign in sheet/ipad, anything honestly. Another reason I'm not satisfied is because the customer service attitude seemed like they didn't want to be there. Definitely won't be returning to this Pandora.

Employee did not seem to be well trained. Also didn’t seem to know the products very well
