I was waited on my Kiara J, who at first I didn’t realize was a trainee. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. If I didn’t see “trainee” on above her name tag, I would not have known she was new.

I was also looking for the 100 Anniversary Disney charm but the only one available was Oswald, so she showed me some Tinkerbell charms and I bought one of those instead. There was no pressure which I loved!!
