The sales associate wasn’t friendly, I purchased 3 Christmas gifts had questions about recommendations for size, you would of thought that I asked her to work overtime, with the attitude she had. Very disappointing 😢

Went in there exited ready to buy lots of jewerly for my family christmas gifts but the sale rep look like she did not want to be there everytime i was asking to see pieces and prices she seem like she was annoyed and that just made me not want to buy anything so u just gave up left with one ring bad experience.

I would have liked to see a whole tray of charms at one time instead of one at a time. This is a gift. The charms were put in tissue paper; they were not on a card or did I get a box.

The sales associate, Hanna, was rude and dismissive. She was in a bad mood and did not provide any suggestions. She seemed to be annoyed by every question I asked. I even asked her if she was having a bad day, which she abruptly replied, “I’m fine”.

It was my daughter’s birthday and wanted to make it special. I always loved going to Pandora but this time it just felt so rushed. There was no time to think or look at jewelry.

I am visually impaired. I was unable to see the charms through the glass. I asked the sales person if we could see the tray because I wanted to see them all and she said no. I asked her if she could lift it higher inside the case so that I could see it and she said no. We ended up purchasing a charm at the bottom of one of the trays that I could see. They need to be able to show the customer the product or it needs to be raised in the case to the top of the glass so people that have vision issues can see it. I went to a jewelry store at the same mall And was able to try on diamond rings from a tray.

We were asked to wear a mask when others didn’t have one on. A salesman took a book I was looking at charms, said he would bring it right back, never did, my son went and got it back. Will order online next time if I order.

The sale person Megan was very horrible with resolving any issue that came up with me and the sales associate Muneeba A. The store has false advertising. I left the store very unhappy.

The sales person was not very helpful. Her attitude was like she did not want to be there. A lot of the items that we wanted were not available and the location had just opened so did not really understand how things were already out of stock. She said there were no ring boxes so we just walked with the item wearing it and that just did not feel like a good experience.

I was dissatisfied because the prices were not on the items. The sales rep had to look them up in a book to scan them which took a lot of time. The sales rep was new and it was hard for her to get help since covid only allows a few people in the store. All reps were busy. You are not able to look around in the store. I ordered by looking at a book. I could have done that on line. I will not go back to the store to buy next time.
