Brought a bracelet back that I bought for my wife approximately a year ago because a piece was broken on the end of the bracelet and was told it would not be repaired so I had to by my wife another one to be able to have one to securely hold the charms

My daughter-in-law had a miscarriage. Was wanting to get her something to lift her spirit. Looked on line before going to the store and picked charms that I wanted to choose from. The first three charms that I mentioned to see, they did not have. The charms which that did have seemed hard to find for the associate.

Mckayla the sales associate when asked if she would help me and show me some different charms that would look good on the bracelet she was not helpful and proceeded to take out a try and was not helpful with any of the questions about the merchandise

Associates did not enforce mask policy. When I brought to their attention that there where customers in the store without mask, nothing was said or done. I felt very uneasy.

The sale associate did not acknowledge my presence. A quick we will be with you in a few minutes would have been nice. It was hard for the representative to find the bracelet I selected from the website. The overall service was less than stellar. I walked away with a great product but contemplated returning it because of the customer service. Had it not been a requested gift I would have left immediately.With any brand your customer service is everything . Going forward I will just make my purchases online.. that’s disappointing because the store is 20 minutes away. One sales associate even talked about how the bracelet I was purchasing was defective. She stated she has had to cut it off of a few customers. I was questioned about the email address I was providing . Please know I understand that people have bad days.. but my first experience in your store was disappointing.

My sister tried to return some earrings that she purchased. She had her receipt, however the store manager was very rude to her and would not let her return her merchandise. Others customers thought the store manager was aweful. This kind of behavior makes me not want to shop this particular Pandora store.

The store was crowded and Me and some other waiting customers was standing outside in line. A sale associate took another customer in front of everyone that was waiting and service them. Even when an elder lady has been waiting with two standing cane to get in for over 20 minutes.
