I purchased a ring from Pandora less than one year ago, the ring broke in half. George in this location declined to assist me with a replacement, store credit or any type of purchase equal to the value of the broken ring. I have a case# provided by Pandora and he did not even attempt to assist with the broken ring. I will no longer purchase your product if that is how the quality is handled.

Hannah G 202645 was very friendly, helpful and knew the merchandise well. The store was easy to get in and out of. Liked the selection of charms available to purchase.

Hannah was our sale associate. She was NOT friendly at all. Not one tray was brought over for use to look at. We had to describe to this person what we was looking for. Just stood there looking stupid like she doesn’t work for Pandora. Her services was a turn off. My daughter went ahead and made her purchase but I decided to wait and deal with a friendlier associate from another store!

The sales associate was not interested in helping me at all. She acted like it was a problem to help me. I wanted to make an additional purchase but not with her.

The sales associate Hannah was so rude and belligerent that I requested another associate. I have never been treated like I was in a fast food service drive thru in a Pandora store until dealing with Hannah. After pointing out to her I felt like she was being impatient, she went as far as telling me loudly with an attitude "you not going to accuse me of being impatient" thats when I told her I'd wait on another associate because I had taken as much as I was going to take from her. She had slammed the books to show me jewelry, didn't want to show me pieces like it was an inconvenience to pull the actual item out. I had never purchased a necklace and had several questions and I'm visual so I needed to see it. All of these request seemed to bother Hannah. She was flat out rude. I felt like she was saying hurry up and buy and get out. This attitude was from the moment she said hello. We weren't even working with her that long, I only bought a necklace and 2 charms. Your associate Kyndra stopped Hannah from making a bad experience worst by saying she would complete the sale.

A charm was not put in my bag that i had purchased. Upon calling the store Hannah basically accused me of losing a charm and there was nothing she could do, since my receipt was thrown away, but she had a record of my purchase . She was rude and condescending. I will be returning my purchase and will never shop here again. I have been a very loyal customer for many many years. Not anymore.

Only two associates on the floor working. The associate who waited on my wife was rude and immediately smarted off about all the sale items were gone when my wife requested to get new bracelet. My wife calmly replied that was ok and wanted to see a regular priced one. The sales associate wanted to give her one that everyone had been trying on. Due to allergies with lotions and perfumes, she politely asked for a new one that had not been tried on and was given an attitude for that request. We travel a lot and don't mind driving several hours to shop at a store that has great customer service. That store is definitely not on my list of ones that we will return to.

The sales associate, Rhonda, was extremely unfriendly and condescending. I purchased a bracelet and charm on this visit. She started boxing up the bracelet, which was the one from the display, and I said, "Oh, is that the one from the display? Can I please have a fresh one?" Rhonda: "None of our jewelery is olds, how would we stay in business with old jewelry?" She then rolled her eyes at me several times, and acted extremely put out in boxing up the bracelet and the charm, printing gift receipts, and completing the whole experience. I am a long-time Pandora customer, have 2 complete bracelets with charms full, and am now starting my mother-in-law on her second bracelet. If I had a choice of another retailer in this mall, I would have left the store and gone there immediately. She was incredibly rude for what was a very fast and easy sale, since I knew exactly what I wanted. The staff of the store also made my children feel extremely unwelcome. I think next time I will just shop on Amazon.

I was waiting to be serviced and a man came in and the associate assisted him. I felt like this was very unacceptable and racist. Yet I have 8 Pandora bracelets full of charms and other accessories.
