The store agents were rude and unwilling to help. Being a non franchise location is not sufficient reason to treat customers poorly when they have purchased a Pandora product. Each and every concer that I brought to their attention, I was given push back and less than logical responses. They wouldn’t even assist me with the issue I experienced with the purchase that I made AT THAT LOCATION even though they were able to verify the receipt.

Sales associate. Squeeze between myself and my neice never once said excuse me or anything i needed the purchase for a present is why i stayed not one smile in the store.

The sales associate was very rude and snobby. She acted as if I was not good enough to be shopping in your store. She questioned my credit/debit card and took it upon herself to swipe/information in the card machine
