I was highly satisfied based off of how quickly I was waited on the sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Blair did a great job in helping me to choose the charms that I wanted. Overall Blair showed me her bracelet and too my surprise we shared a common interest in Star Trek…. Lol. I bought a new Star Trek charm!!!!
