Customer service was great despite having to wait a lengthy amount of time to get into the store. The associate was very knowledgeable of Pandora’s products.

Salesperson Hannah went above and beyond to get me the bracelet I desired. She was very professional and courteous.

There was a long waiting line to enter the store. We expected this because of the season. We were waited on by Chloe, a trainee, and she was beyond outstanding! You would have never guessed she was a trainee except for her badge stating so. She took her time even though there were so many waiting in line to be helped. She made us feel like we were the only ones in the store. I was so impressed with her knowledge, and what she did not know, she found out within minutes for us. She deserves a raise for outstanding customer service!

Hannah, the sales associate sis a wonderful jo. She made the experience seamlessly and helped me find the perfect gift. The girl on the line was also very helpful despite the fact that she had only been working for 5 days. Good hire!

This Pandora is located in the mall, I dislike the mall but I love going through the mall just to visit this Pandora. The staff always offers cleaning my bracelets while I look at charms. I love the way they help me find charms to go with each bracelet that I have. I also love the buy 3 charms and get the bracelet free. The only thing I dislike about Pandora is the catalog book only coming out twice a year. Over all Pandora is one of my favorite stores.

The waiting outside the store was not pleasant, but once inside i was treated very nicely and professional. Great store and merchandise.
