Sales assistant was very friendly and patient with me. He helped me choose the best combination of charms for each bracelet. Store was very busy but the service was outstanding.

I was very satisfied! I had a really bad experience with riding online with Pandora. My package was damaged in shipping. Absolutely no help through customer service. The manager at Haywood mall Greenville sc was amazing! She listened to my complaint. Made things right! Really awesome experience there. I will never order online again! I will come to this store for all my future Pandora purchases! Thank you ❤️

Emily was very knowledgeable of the charms and was very kind/helpful. Didn’t just try to sell me anything was very helpful with helping me make a purchase for my mommie!

I was surprised. I had to wait outside the store for an available associate which was fine because once inside I was given priority attention and was never left alone. That was wonderful. Makayla B. helped me and was most kind. Toward the end, Hannah also assisted with packaging my items. They were kind, courteous and organized. A breath of fresh air from the new norm of customer service lately. I will definitely be back. I may even stop shopping online which is what I normally do.
