The Sales associates Lisa F, and George was absolutely fabulous. Their customer service was excellent. I am new to pandora customer. I am in love with pandora now thanks to Lisa.

The item I initially wanted was discontinued. The sales associate recommended several items, that she thought I would like instead...she was so right. I didn't even know that the Moon and Stars charm was avaliable in rose gold now. She told me it was recently added as part of the Christmas collection. I jumped on it! Pandora gave me a 10% discount code for my birthday yesterday, thanks! It really came in handy with this purchased.

The store is always clean and neat. The displays are always nice. The staff is always polite and very knowledgeable about the merchandise. The atmosphere is always friendly.

The staff was friendly and knowledgable about the products. They offered me a ring sizer to check the correct size. Explained their exchange and return policy. They got me in and out very promptly and explained how to care for my jewelry

The sales lady Hannah was very nice and friendly and helped me a lot. She recommended the 2 pieces you put on your bracelet to keep all the charms in one place and I bought both of them and an anniversary charm because it was my husband and I's anniversary that day. She was very helpful.
