I had to return a gift item that had a missing stone after havibg it for less than a month. The associate was very friendly, helpful and accommodating during my exchange. She even assisted with my inquiry of a specific charm of which I did purchase.

The associates went over and above while shopping in the store! I love that they took the time to clean my charms. Everyone was so friendly. I will come back to this store for years to come.

I was given a charm for Mother's Day and I already had it. They let me exchange the charm for another even though it was past 30 days. It was also purchased on-line and they couldn't see the order any longer but exchanged it anyway with the receipt that I had. Very professional staff.
