I was pleased that the items I wished to purchase were available. I was planning to buy several charms and sales associate informed me that 3 of the charms I wanted were in a set, so I saved a bit of money. The associate helped me and even suggested some extra things like cleaning options, however, I already had some- so I did not purchcase any of those at this time. I am glad to know they are available though.

I love Pandora jewelry and frequent this store often. Hannah is my usual sales associate and is always very helpful. I am always very pleased with everything I purchase.

We were immediately helped upon walking in the door. Our sales rep, Emily, was extremely helpful, welcoming, and polite. The sale of my starter bracelet was hassle-free, and we can't wait to go back to continue to add to it.

We walked into the store and i immediately asked the associate for the last chance charms. She new exactly where to take me and sowed everything. She answered all my questions. Plus she was training an additional employee.

Pandora staff were friendly. The employee was able to give great options and feedback based on the information that was given to her. She moved promptly but without rushing.
